Job Description: Front Desk officer
- Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: Welcome all visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor. Create a positive first impression by providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.
- Managing Incoming Calls and Emails: Answer phone calls, route them to the appropriate staff members, and take accurate messages when necessary. Respond to emails and other inquiries in a timely and courteous manner, demonstrating effective communication skills.
- Scheduling and Coordinating Appointments: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Maintain and organized calendar and ensure that all parties involved are informed of the schedule.
- Handling Incoming and Outgoing Mail: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipping. Maintain proper records and ensure timely delivery of mail and packages.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software (e.g., reservation systems, Microsoft Office).
